1. Who we are

TransForex provides currency and digital-asset exchange and related services. Rates shown are indicative desk rates and are confirmed at the point of settlement.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (KYC). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Exchanges & settlement

A quoted rate is held only for the stated window. Trades are final once funds are confirmed on both sides. We may decline or reverse a trade where we suspect fraud, error or breach of law.

4. Fees

Our margin is included in the buy/sell rate. Any additional fees (for example correspondent-bank charges on transfers) are shown before you confirm.

5. Risk

Digital assets and foreign currencies are volatile. Their value can go down as well as up. Only trade what you can afford.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use TransForex for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes
