How fast is settlement?
Most exchanges settle within minutes once your funds are confirmed. Larger or international transfers may take a little longer, and we always tell you the expected time upfront.
Which currencies and coins do you support?
Major fiat currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED and CNY, plus crypto assets like USDT, Bitcoin and Ethereum — all traded against the Naira. Need something else? Just ask the desk.
Are the rates on the board what I actually get?
Yes. The buy/sell rates you see are our live desk rates. You confirm the exact figure before the trade — what you agree is what you get.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes, a quick one-time KYC check keeps everyone safe and is required by regulation. It only takes a few minutes.
What are your fees?
Our margin is built into the buy/sell rate (the "spread"). There are no hidden account or withdrawal fees for standard exchanges. See the fees page for details.
Is my money and data safe?
Accounts are verified, data is encrypted, and funds move through a controlled settlement process. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
